MathType site licenses are affordable and eliminate the hassle of complicated
software administration.

MathType may be used on
all computers within the control of employees of the participating
site. MathType can be installed on:
- Computers and/or networks within the control of employees of
the site.
- Home use is permitted.

A MathType site license eliminates the buying
decision between Windows and Macintosh software by providing MathType for
both platforms at no additional cost. |
| Pricing
options to fit any budget |
Choose between an Annual Subscription License and a Perpetual
License.
- An Annual Subscription License includes free upgrades, and MathType
can be used as long as the subscription payment is current. The size of
the site needs to be recounted every year.
- A Perpetual License means there is a one-time payment for the
then-current version of MathType, to use forever. Upgrade purchases are
optional, and upgrade notices will be sent when upgrades are released.

In June 2006, the pricing formula for all of our site
licenses changed to prices listed below.
- Upgrade prices for Perpetual Licenses are 50% off the site license
prices listed below.
- Upgrade prices for Subscription Licenses are 100% of the site
license prices listed below.

Pricing:
Pricing is determined by the total number of full-time and part-time
employees with a common job description who would be using MathType, for
example:
- scientists and engineers employed at an engineering or research organization
- editorial and production staff employed at a publishing organization or service
bureau
- economists and researchers in a government organization
- legal and support staff employed at a law firm
All employees at the site are permitted to use MathType. Pricing is based on
the total number of employees at the site falling under a common job
description, not the expected number of users. For instance, there may be 100
people in a department and only 50 would actually use MathType. The price is
based on 100, not 50 -- we realize this and have factored it into our pricing.

What will be delivered:
After the purchase order is processed we will email an invoice
that is payable in 30 days. That email will also contain download instructions
and important registration numbers needed to install MathType. Site licenses are
electronic delivery (ESD) only.
