MathType works with
SolidWorks We haven't compiled detailed information about using MathType with
SolidWorks,
but we know it is a product MathType customers are interested
in. While we don't have specific information about
SolidWorks at this time, it is likely that
MathType works with it to some extent. If you have
experience with SolidWorks or have
questions or suggestions about how best to use MathType with it, we
would love to hear from you. Please send questions, comments and
suggestions to interop@dessci.com. Most applications have
some support for embedded objects or images. While details vary from
application to application, the basic ideas are generally the same. One or
more of these general techniques for using MathType with other applications may
work with SolidWorks: If you are technically inclined, the MathType SDK contains a wealth
of information for integrating MathType more closely with other
applications and web sites. If you have worked extensively with
SolidWorks and are interested in making it
work better with MathType, the SDK is the place to start. Topics of
particular interest for interop are - Creating new translators for input and output
- Generating Equation Images, and obtaining metric and other equation data
embedding in images generated by MathType
- Information for OLE implementors
- C++, .NET and VBA APIs
