Getting Help
The WebEQ Developers Suite product is no longer available. Technical
support is only available to existing WebEQ customers. WebEQ has been replaced
by our MathFlow Software Development Kit. More information is available about
migrating from WebEQ to the MathFlow SDK.
If you experience problems or have questions regarding WebEQ,
take a look below to find the answers you need. WebEQ comes with extensive
documentation included with your installation. Additionally, we have other help
resources including technical support notices and a technical support
department, which responds to emails.
Consult your WebEQ documentation
To access your WebEQ documentation:
- Windows - Use the Start menu in the WebEQ program
group.
- Macintosh, Solaris SPARC, Unix, OS/2 Warp, or another Java-enabled
platform - Point your browser to
/WebEQ/3.7/docs/welcome.html. You can bookmark it for future
convenience.

Downloads
Existing WebEQ customers can still download the full version of the WebEQ
Developers Suite. You will need your existing key to install.
